The sauna is for 6 people with direct access to two showers as well as a corner Jacuzzi bathtub, toilet, and changing area. It also has a special drinks cooler.

The house is located on a corner of several townhouses. It has a small private garden of about 40 m2, equipped with an automatic sprinkler system, as well as a BBQ and an awning for the sunny days.
There is a semi covered terrace, for protection from the strong summer sun and the rain.
